All tubs are manufactured in Aurora, Colorado, with domestic quality standards. Warranty terms vary by series level — Silver, Gold, and Platinum — so it is recommended to confirm specific coverage details when requesting a quote.

Look for a system designed to empty itself. Our tubing is arched 3-10 inches above the jets so water runs out instead of standing in the lines, we use smooth-wall non-toxic FDA-recipe tubing, and up to 40% less surface plumbing overall. Back jets include a drain-down port, and an optional Hydro Clean O3 oxygen sanitation system kills up to 99.9% of bacteria in the bath. For routine care, add two ounces of Hydro Cleanse after bathing and run the bath for one to two minutes before draining.

Many do not, and flat moulded ledges are not much better.
