Water deep enough to cover your upper chest and shoulders so you do not get cold. Armrests placed so your elbows rest down and your hands rest up, instead of a high lip that puts tension in your neck. A back sloped between 115 and 130 degrees so you can lay back like a recliner rather than sitting almost upright. And enough length to stretch your legs out straight.
